The ETI 810-875 is a 130 mm digital milk thermometer finished with a blue seal. Fitted to the jug with its clip, it monitors milk as it is steamed and sounds an alarm at the selected frothing temperature. Celsius readings respond within 2–4 seconds at ±1 °C accuracy, and an IP65 rating means it stands up to splashes at the coffee machine.
