The ETI 810-930 is a digital max/min thermometer supplied with a detachable Ø3.5 x 120 mm food penetration probe on a 1 m lead. It reads -49.9 to 149.9 °C with 0.1 °C/°F resolution and ±1 °C accuracy using a thermistor sensor. A keyhole slot on the back lets the unit hang on an appliance or wall, so it can act as a fixed monitor as well as a spot-check instrument.
