The ETI 860-127 Food Safety Duo supplies two Thermapen ONE thermometers colour-coded for meat: red for raw and yellow for cooked. Separating the two helps prevent cross-contamination, and each thermometer gives 1-second readings with ±0.3 °C accuracy in an IP67 waterproof body.
