The ETI 860-157 kit contains five HACCP colour-coded Thermapen ONE thermometers for catering. Using a different colour for each food group helps prevent cross-contamination, and every thermometer reaches temperature in 1 second with ±0.3 °C accuracy from -19.9 to 119.9 °C. Each unit is waterproof to IP67.
