This waterproof thermometer has a 0.1 °C resolution, a max/min temperature recording function, and a covert °C/°F and reset button on the back of the device. It monitors temperature over the range of -49.9 to 199.9 °C. The waterproof thermometer features the most recent microprocessor technology and a 2.5 x 122 mm stainless steel penetration probe. In normal catering, food preparation, and industrial uses, it is made to be dependable and simple to operate. A protective probe cover with a pocket clip and a keyhole opening for wall mounting is included with each thermometer.
