The Drummond MTL20 (DRUMTL20) adds a low-impedance function to the test lamp format. Pressing the buttons on the probe and the instrument together makes the unit draw a higher current, helping to tell phantom voltages from genuine live supplies. Safe voltage indication covers 50V to 500V AC/DC, with four illumination bands at 50, 120, 230 and 400V and a CAT IV 600V rating.
