The Martindale MARPAD21BL is the blue PAD21, a lockout padlock with a 6 mm insulated nylon shackle in place of steel, for situations where a conductive shackle is unwanted. The plastic body is 45 mm wide with 38 mm vertical shackle clearance. It fits Martindale lock out devices and most other safety lockout products, and the PAD21 is also offered in red.
