The Martindale MARTL157 has a UK 13A mains plug leading to a 110V socket, so 110V appliances can be plugged into a PAT tester's test socket. For safety it has no live connection, which means it cannot carry out a polarity test; Martindale advises using a separate extension lead tester for that check.
