MARVT28PD-S combines the VT28 tester, which has an LCD voltage readout, with a 690V proving unit and a carry case. The VT28 measures AC/DC voltages from 12V to 690V and adds audible continuity and phase rotation testing. Rated CAT III 1000V and CAT IV 600V, the kit is designed to meet GS38 and proving dead procedures.
