The Micronics UX5000 is a fixed clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter for liquid flow measurement in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas, offered in ATEX, IECEx and UKEX-certified configurations. A separate display/control unit (DCSIU) and intrinsically safe Remote Measurement Unit (RMU) give flexibility in installation, with sensors clamped to pipes from 50 to 300 mm OD. It suits acoustically conductive liquids with under 3% particulates in chemical, petrochemical, water, oil and utility applications.
