For holes of 25–30 mm, the Mitutoyo 468-167 uses three self-centring anvils at 120° and reaches 93 mm deep. A ratchet stop applies a steady force to the hardened-steel spindle. Its TiN-coated contacts and 93 mm reach make the 468-167 suited to deeper bores in this size.
