The 7231A is a back-plunger dial indicator depth gauge for a 0-200 mm range, fitted with back plunger indicator no. 1162A (stroke 5 mm). It reads in 0.01 mm steps with an accuracy of ±15 µm, and 5 extension rods (10, 20, 30, 30, 100 mm) lengthen the reach.
