Mitutoyo 342-262-30 (CPM30-50MX) is a digital point micrometer for 25-50 mm with a 30° pointed spindle and anvil, reading to 0.001 mm with ±2 µm permissible error. The carbide contact points of the 25-50 mm, 30° model have a 0.3 mm radius, which suits grooves and steps, and the IP65 rating allows use around coolant splash.
