Mitutoyo 361-853A is the QI-A3017D, a manual non-contact 2D vision measuring machine with an X/Y travel of 300 x 170 mm and a Z travel of 100 mm. The QI-A3017D uses a double telecentric optical system at 0.2X with a 3 megapixel colour CCD camera, and its stage glass measures 360 x 230 mm.
