The 365-615-10 is the QV-Hybrid Hyper 404 (QVH4A-H404P1L-E), a Quick Vision Hybrid Type 4-CPS machine covering 400 x 400 x 250 mm with a scale resolution of 0.02 µm. As a dual-sensor machine it adds a non-contact displacement sensor (CPS probe, wavelength confocal method) with a scanning function for small height differences and 3D shapes.
