The OPTEX FA Z4B-S08CN4 is a background suppression (BGS) photoelectric sensor with a sensing distance of 5 to 80 mm, NPN output and a M8 4-pin connector. Its red LED gives a small, visible spot (approximately ø2.6 mm at 60 mm), and as part of the Z4B Series the Z4B-S08CN4 supports IO-Link for links to field networks via an IO-Link master.
