With a 35 to 150 mm sensing distance, the OPTEX FA ZA-BL150M is the 1-output pigtail type of this built-in amplifier CMOS laser sensor. The ZA-BL150M belongs to the ZA-B background suppression family, which OPTEX FA offers as a lower-cost option to laser displacement sensors when detecting thin or transparent parts.
- Detects from 35 to 150 mm, with 32 to 170 mm shown on the display
- Linearity ±0.2 % of F.S. and repeat accuracy of 0.05 mm at 50 ms response
- ø4.5 mm 300 mm pigtail with M12 4-pin connector; minimum detectable step 0.6 mm
- Display resolution 0.1 mm; spot size approx. 2.1 x 0.8 mm at 150 mm
- IO-Link 1.1.4 with NPN/PNP selectable output on the ZA-BL150M; IP67 protection
