OPTEX FA lists the ZA-BL60D as a 2-output cable type built-in amplifier CMOS laser sensor that senses objects from 30 to 60 mm. Within the ZA-B Series of background suppression sensors, the ZA-BL60D targets reliable detection of thin and transparent workpieces as an alternative to laser displacement sensors.
- 30 to 60 mm sensing distance and 27 to 70 mm distance display range
- 0.01 mm repeat accuracy at 50 ms response time, ±0.1 % of F.S. linearity
- Two control outputs on a ø4.5 mm, 2 m cable; minimum detectable step 0.08 mm
- Typical spot approx. 1.7 x 0.7 mm at 60 mm with 0.01 mm display resolution
- IO-Link 1.1.4 with NPN/PNP selectable output on the ZA-BL60D; IP67 protection
