The Palmer Wahl 101-4vc is the IC batch/vacuum chamber version of the mini four-position Temp-Plate, a 10 x 21 mm label reverse printed on amber Kapton. Palmer designs this series for monitoring overheating directly on the surface of integrated circuits during wafer fabrication, where labels must withstand high heat, vacuum and corrosive gases. Four positions, printed in °C, turn permanently black once their rating is reached, with ranges between 37 and 254 °C.
