The 3AA is a Palmer Wahl wide-case industrial thermometer with a 9 in (229 mm) long, 2-1/4 in (57 mm) wide aluminium case. Its all-angle adjustment rotates the case 180° and positions the stem in 10° increments, so a single model suits virtually any installation and viewing angle. Red-reading mercury fill is standard and red spirit is optional.
