All Star bimetal thermometers are Palmer Wahl's top-line mechanical dial thermometers, assembled in Asheville, North Carolina. They come with 3 in or 5 in dials in a polished 316 stainless case and bezel, in all-angle (A) or fixed back-connected (BC) forms, with an adjustable union available (J models). A single-helix bimetal coil in the bottom 2-1/2 in of the 304 stainless stem drives an anti-parallax dial.
