SMC's revised SY series valve has increased product performance and dependability. Although the SY3000 and SY5000 have the same valve width as their predecessors, they are smaller because of an 80% increase in flow. The pilot valve's integrated strainer guards against issues brought on by foreign objects. Ozone resistance has been increased by employing H-NBR seal material for the main valve and seals. Flexible installation is made possible by the availability of side, top, and bottom port/pipe directions. The SY can be used individually or manifold mounted, and it comes in base mounted or body ported designs.
