The Dwyer CMS300 Carbon Monoxide Transmitter and Switch provides a field-selectable current or voltage output proportional to carbon monoxide concentration. It is designed for applications including underground parking garages, vehicle repair shops, loading areas, and mechanical rooms.
A built-in SPDT relay provides jumper-selectable alert set points of 25, 60, or 150 PPM, allowing the CMS300 to both transmit the measured CO concentration to a controller and switch a ventilation fan or alarm.
The electrochemical sensor has a typical lifespan of 5 years, with output drift below 5% per year in air. The CMS300 provides coverage of up to 7,500 ft² (700 m²) or a 50 ft (15 m) radius. Field calibration can be performed using the onboard zero and span potentiometers, Model A-507 calibration adapter, and Model GCK-200CO-2000CO2 calibration gas.
For applications requiring a factory calibration certificate, the CMS300-FC version is available with the certificate included.
