The Dwyer GSTA-C is part of the Series GSTA Carbon Monoxide Transmitters, designed to monitor carbon monoxide concentrations in mechanical rooms, underground parking garages and loading docks. Carbon monoxide is used to monitor gasoline-engine exhaust, while nitrogen dioxide is used for diesel-engine exhaust.
The GSTA-C is the wall-mount carbon monoxide configuration and provides field-selectable current and voltage outputs: 4-20 mA, 0-5 V, 0-10 V, 1-5 V or 2-10 V. This allows connection to a wide range of building management and control systems. The output can also be inverted using internal DIP switches.
For carbon monoxide applications, the measurement range can be selected from 0-50 ppm up to 0-500 ppm. The industrial-grade sensor is field replaceable and can be field calibrated using the A-449 remote LCD service display. The service display also indicates when the sensor has reached the end of its service life and needs replacement.
The GSTA-C-FC version has the same core configuration with a factory calibration certificate.
