The ETI 123-101 is a small handled Type K needle probe with a fine 1.8 x 100 mm stainless steel stem. The narrow needle gives fast response, under 2 seconds, and suits delicate foods, soft rubber and other liquids or semi-solids. It is rated to a maximum probe temperature of 250 °C, with ±0.5 °C accuracy from 0 to 100 °C.
