The Micronics UF DS200 is a non-contacting Doppler flow switch for liquids that carry bubbles or solids, such as sewage, sludge, slurries, acids, caustics, abrasives and viscous liquids. Its ultrasonic sensor straps to the outside of metal or plastic pipes from 12.5 mm to 4.5 m ID and can be fitted while the system is running, with no drilling and no pressure drop. It is typically used for pump protection, high or low flow alarms and overfill control.
