Mitutoyo 363-521-10 is the QV-U404T1L-E, a Quick Vision ULTRA CNC vision measuring system with a 400 x 400 x 200 mm range and glass scales resolving 0.01 µm. This variant adds the Tracking Auto Focus (TAF) factory option. On the QV-U404T1L-E a precision air-bearing linear guide keeps axis straightness high, and the glass scales have a near-zero thermal expansion coefficient to limit drift with temperature.
