The OPTEX FA Z4D-W20N is an industry standard-sized built-in amplifier wide-angle diffuse-reflective sensor with NPN output, a 2 m cable (ø3.8 mm) and a sensing distance of 1 to 200 mm. The Z4D-W20N supports IO-Link Ver. 1.1, so received light and output data reach the PLC via an IO-Link Master and settings can be changed remotely. Ambient light resistance on the Z4D-W20N reaches 50,000 lx sunlight and 5,000 lx incandescent light.
