With a 50 to 1,000 mm sensing distance, the OPTEX FA ZA-BL1000M is the 1-output pigtail type of this built-in amplifier CMOS laser sensor. The ZA-BL1000M belongs to the ZA-B background suppression family, which OPTEX FA offers as a lower-cost option to laser displacement sensors when detecting thin or transparent parts.
- Detects from 50 to 1,000 mm, with 40 to 1,100 mm shown on the display
- Linearity ±1.6 % of F.S. and repeat accuracy of 2.0 mm at 50 ms response
- ø4.5 mm 300 mm pigtail with M12 4-pin connector; minimum detectable step 36.0 mm
- Display resolution 1 mm; spot size approx. 7.6 x 2.7 mm at 1,000 mm
- IO-Link 1.1.4 with NPN/PNP selectable output on the ZA-BL1000M; IP67 protection
