The Palmer Wahl 101-6vc carries six temperature positions on a 10 x 29 mm label for jobs where four points do not give enough detail. Like the rest of the IC batch/vacuum chamber series, it is reverse printed on amber Kapton and is typically fixed to the surface of integrated circuits, including during wafer fabrication. Positions are available between 43 and 260 °C and turn permanently black once their rating is reached.
