PLASTIFORM M90 | Silicone-based Impression Material
The only pliable substance that solidifies after curing is M90. The final impression is non-flexible and cannot distort when taken out of the mold since it has a hardness of 90 Shore A. This plastiform has no extraction constraints and is only suitable for simple shapes.
The M90 may be measured through contact because of its stiffness. For frequent indicative checks that don't need micrometer accuracy, this function may be helpful. Its stiffness, which inhibits vibration and resonance problems, is also greatly valued for protecting delicate components.
For producing stiff imprints of basic exterior shapes (such as threads, grooves, etc.), the M90 is advised. Usually, medium to large pieces are utilized with it.
