The non-flowing (pasty) P80 Ra product can be used on surfaces that are difficult to reach, such as overhanging or vertical surfaces. When demolded, it produces semi-rigid duplicates (hardness 80 Shore A) that are immobile. No Extraction Constraint (0%) is accepted for replications made in P80 Ra.
The P80 Ra is specifically designed to control roughness. A skidless roughness meter or optical inspection tool can be used to measure the surface roughness directly on the impression once it has been properly repaired. This plastiform is a good indication of Ra and is specifically made to restore a surface's roughness. Instead, utilize a non-contact measurement equipment to find values associated with Rt or Rz.
