For a lifetime of use, the Series 160F-KIT Straight Stainless Steel Pitot Tube is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel with graduations for the insertion depth that are permanently etched. To facilitate rapid and simple alignment of the tube with air flow, the static pressure port is positioned parallel to the sensing tube. The straight design makes it simple to insert into ducts through pressure taps and grills. It also facilitates installation in difficult-to-reach areas where a hook-style Pitot tube might not be able to provide access.
