Magnetic stands are made up of a high-performance magnetic base and a fitting arm. They are available in a variety of magnetic base and arm combinations, with toggle or push button switching mechanisms for easy and secure mounting and release. The arms and bases are interchangeable and come in M6, M8, and M10 thread sizes. They are widely used for precision measurement, and their rigid, secure positioning combined with fine adjustment means they can contribute significantly to ensuring an accurate surface finish measurement. They are frequently used to mount dial test indicators and digital indicators, as well as to support gauges. Magnetic bases and fitment arm kits are also used to mount medical instruments, photographic equipment, temporary lighting, sound equipment, jigs, and other general fixings.
