When it comes to surface quality testing of raw materials and final products in the industrial setting, the KERN OKM is an exceptional metallurgical reflected light microscope. Strong, constantly dimmable 5 W-LED illumination offers superb, sharp images with lots of contrast. With the lighting unit's integrated 5-slot filter wheel—which includes blue, green, yellow, grey, and blank—you can easily switch up the color filter to get various contrast perspectives. Standard configuration includes a sizable mechanical stage for applications involving reflected illumination. The ideal adjustment and focusing of your sample is ensured by the coarse and fine focusing knobs on both sides. Deliveries come with a basic polarizing equipment (polarizer and analyzer). There's also a wide range of other eyepieces and objectives available.
