The DT-100 portable densitometer is a tough, user-friendly portable densitometer for measuring x-ray film transmission density. The unit is intended for use in single-site transportable darkrooms, laboratories, and offices. The DT-100 portable densitometer has a light range of 650Cd/m2 to 320 000 Cd/m2 and a density measuring range of 0D to 5.0D with an accuracy of 0.03D over a 3mm diameter aperture. Simply insert the film (emulsion side up) on the viewer, position the probe on the film where the reading is needed, and the reading will appear on the 4 digit LCD screen with white light lighted display. The digital display also includes a low battery warning signal.
